I've joked with my parents that I plan on torching their house and just collecting the insurance money after they die so I won't have to clean out all their stuff (they're packrats). This joke is even more funny because my dad is an insurance agent.
Disclaimer: I would never, ever, commit either arson or insurance fraud--however it might appear otherwise ;)
Hmm, funny how they show a picture of what I think is a Honda CRV, which easily gets in the mid 20s highway...
The only SUVs that get <10 mpg, to my knowledge, are the Hummers H1 and H2.
I do find it ironic that everyone loves to hate SUVs (including me, but for different reasons) when every beloved full-size pickup in the country (utilized for their utility <1% of the time) get in the low teens on a good day...
