When did it become socially acceptable behavior, IN A LIBRARY, to answer your cell phone (turn the @#$% ringer off!) and then talk at FULL VOICE FOR 7 MINUTES about anything you want to talk about?People! There is a volume button, a vibrate feature AND a hallway! Learn to use any of those.
